Manufacturing ProductivityBoosting Productivity in Task-Intensive Manufacturing
In manufacturing procurement departments, AI solutions based solely on existing supply chain data often fail to deliver significant improvements in quality, product cost, and lead time. MONOCON clearly distinguishes between areas where AI can be effective and areas that require human expertise. We drive genuine productivity gains through new supply chain proposals, innovative processing techniques, and efficient outsourcing of labor-intensive tasks such as defect reduction, lead time improvement, quality enhancement, and international supply chain diversification.

Why Choose MONOCON3 Reasons to Choose MONOCON
Manufacturing professionals solve your procurement challenges end-to-end — from proposal to delivery
In Japan, 99.5% of manufacturing companies are SMEs, with approximately 70,000 mid-sized and 550,000 small-scale enterprises. Among these, over 70,000 are metal parts manufacturers — the largest segment — though their numbers are declining year by year. Leveraging over 80 years of expertise and a network of more than 1,000 manufacturers, we tailor optimal procurement solutions to each client's unique needs. From design optimization and cost reduction proposals through mass production and delivery, we provide the meticulous, human-driven support that fully backs your manufacturing operations.

Maximizing data from 20 global locations and a 1,000-company network
We develop optimal procurement strategies by leveraging extensive performance data from over 4,000 clients and more than 1,000 manufacturing partners, combined with a global network spanning 20 locations worldwide. From country risk mitigation and overseas procurement to new supplier development, we deliver highly reliable manufacturing outsourcing and metal processing procurement solutions backed by data. Our long-standing relationships ensure both price competitiveness and stable supply.

Efficient DX-driven procurement for emerging manufacturing challenges
Manufacturing industries across the board are undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation, with rapidly changing requirements for parts and specifications. Beyond cost, miniaturization, and weight reduction, we address new challenges each year — including electrical conductivity, waterproofing, thermal management, and environmental substances — to help strengthen your competitive edge in manufacturing.

PricePricing
No fees beyond the quoted price*
- For high-volume projects, we aim to offer prices lower than your existing supply chain.
- If you have a target price, we will assess manufacturing feasibility at that price — please share it whenever possible.
- Quotes require significant effort from many manufacturing professionals, so we ask that inquiries be for projects with mass production in mind.
- Prototyping and small-lot production are available; however, for prototypes not intended for mass production, the minimum quote is 90,000 JPY.
- There are no fees for using MONOCON, but additional charges may apply for special handling during manufacturing or shipping, such as air freight.
- There are no consulting fees; however, we primarily serve companies aiming for annual transactions of 1,000,000 JPY or more within a few years.
Customer testimonials
Client Testimonials
The manufacturer producing exterior metal parts for a premium domestic car's interior suddenly informed us they could no longer produce due to labor shortages, putting us at risk of halting the production line. MONOCON helped us find a supplier capable of handling complex secondary processing including plating, allowing us to maintain supply without stopping the line.
Automotive Industry
As environmental substance regulations from our customers became stricter, our existing suppliers struggled to conduct product investigations and prepare the required documentation. By switching to a supply chain through MONOCON that could respond swiftly to environmental survey requests, we were able to satisfy our customers.
Precision & Medical Equipment Industry
After a change in factory management, quality issues increased and were difficult to resolve. MONOCON helped us switch to a supply chain with automated inspection capabilities, eliminating defects.
Office Equipment Industry
We had been using products from an overseas manufacturer, but quality response was poor and delivery was unstable. MONOCON established supply chains in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries, helping us mitigate country risk.
Electronics & Electrical Equipment Industry
In designing a system requiring high voltage, thermal management was a challenge. Our existing processor could only propose material changes, leaving quality and performance issues unresolved. When we consulted MONOCON, they offered multiple proposals including shape improvements and heat dissipation products, which we are now adopting for the next-generation development model.
